Our Inspection Services
Professional Inspections. Clear Answers. Confidence In Your Property.
At All Faith Inspections, we know a property is more than what you see on the surface. Our job is to take a closer look, identify potential concerns, and give you a better understanding of the property from top to bottom.
From home purchases and new construction to insurance inspections and commercial properties, we bring care, experience, and attention to every inspection. We take the time to do the job right and provide straightforward findings you can actually understand.
Our goal is simple: to be a trusted set of eyes when it matters most.
Whole Home Inspections
A whole home inspection provides a comprehensive look at the visible and accessible systems and components of a home.
We evaluate major areas such as the roof, structure, exterior, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, attic, insulation, interior components, doors, windows, installed appliances, and more.
Whether you're purchasing a home or simply want a better understanding of your current property, we'll provide a detailed report outlining our findings and identifying areas that may require attention.
Know your home from top to bottom.
Four-Point Inspections
A four-point inspection focuses on four major systems of the home:
Roof • Electrical • Plumbing • HVAC
These inspections are commonly requested by insurance companies, particularly for older homes.
We'll document the visible condition and key information about each of these systems and provide the appropriate inspection report for you to submit to your insurance provider.
A four-point inspection is not a replacement for a whole home inspection, as it focuses specifically on these four areas.
Four major systems. One important inspection.
Wind Mitigation Inspections
A wind mitigation inspection evaluates specific construction features designed to help a home withstand high winds.
This is especially important here in Florida, where hurricanes and severe weather are a reality. During the inspection, we document applicable wind-resistant features of the home, such as roof construction and attachment, roof-to-wall connections, roof geometry, secondary water resistance, and opening protection.
Depending on the home's qualifying features and your insurance provider, a wind mitigation inspection may also help you qualify for insurance discounts.
Understand your home's protection before the next storm arrives.
Light Commercial Inspections
Purchasing or investing in a commercial property comes with its own set of questions and responsibilities.
Our light commercial inspections provide an evaluation of the visible and accessible components of smaller commercial properties to help owners, buyers, and investors better understand the condition of the building.
We look for visible deficiencies, safety concerns, maintenance needs, and other issues that could affect your decision or future plans for the property.
Better information helps you make better business decisions.
New Home Inspections
Brand-new doesn't always mean problem-free.
Even newly constructed homes can have installation issues, incomplete work, defects, or items that may have been overlooked during construction.
An independent new home inspection provides another set of trained eyes before you settle into your new property. We'll evaluate the home's visible and accessible components and document concerns that may need to be addressed.
Before you call it finished, let us take a closer look.
90-Day Punch Inspections
The first few months in a newly constructed home can reveal issues you may not have noticed when you first moved in.
Our 90-day punch inspection gives your home another detailed look after you've had time to live in it and notice how everything performs.
We'll document visible defects, concerns, incomplete items, and other issues that may need attention so you have an organized report to reference when communicating with your builder.
You've lived in it. Now let's take another look.
Pool & Spa Inspections
A pool or spa can be one of the best features of a property, but you also want to understand its visible condition before taking on the responsibility of owning it.
Our pool and spa inspections evaluate visible and accessible components of the system, which may include the pool or spa structure, equipment, pumps, filters, accessible plumbing, electrical components, safety features, and surrounding areas as applicable.
We'll document visible concerns so you can have a better understanding of the pool or spa you're purchasing or maintaining.
Enjoy the water with fewer surprises.
